Pumping without heat

Hi i have noticed that when i pump with no heat for more than 1 hour.

I dont have any lymph build or edema… i can keep pumping until the infinity

Do anybody experienced a similar thing ?

I don’t know how you’re able to pump for so long. I can’t crack 20 minutes at a time.

When I don’t use heat, my growth is lower, and I get more dark discoloration at higher pressures. It’s globally less pleasant, and seemingly less effective.
With heat, I can fill the tube better, and my penis stays a lively reddish color. I never experience any fluid build-up or edema either way though.

In my opinion, a lack of reaction after a long time would mean that the pumping isn’t doing very much. Are you still growing inside the tube with no heat?

Edit: just saw your thread post. I also have a less durable expansion when not using heat. Even with heat, it disappears quickly, but without heat there is almost no change once outside the tube.

I can stay at 7 hg cause it is the pressure i need to keep the engorgement at an optimal level.
I have no discoloration my penis stays the same color every times i pump.

Yes i gained but no duration in time.
I gained less than when i use heat.
That was an experience, i think i will continue to use heat every days i prefer to keep the gains longer even if i build more fluid.
I think the gains are weaker when you don’t use heat because there is no inflammation, edema or fluid.
Maybe fluid build is helping us to gain more after all…

I also started pumping seriously a while ago after lurking here & experimenting for years (without any results) and I started pumping without heat. Now I’ve switched to heated pumping and my results are a lot better.
The easiest analogy I can come up with is that the heat makes all the tissue more flexible (connective tissue, skin, opens the capillaries, …), resulting in better expansion and (at least for me) less trauma and fatigue afterwards.

Fluid build-up or edema is bad in my opinion and will just stretch the skin. In addition the lymphatic system has to transport all the fluid out (where I would rather have the lymph system flush out the damage from red dots or other damage). I use the fluid/edema as a sign of overdoing it and that I need to back off.

I pump every other day for 30 minutes, going (successively) for 10 minutes at 3.5, 4 and 4.5 inHg. I follow it up with some helicopter shakes and firegoat rolls, then jelq for 5 minutes which are again followed by firegoat rolls.
Typically I have a lot of red dots, sometimes a few bigger ones that tend to heal (visually) over a 2 day period. If I keep doing the firegoat rolls regularly throughout the day the red dots are almost completely gone by the next day. I believe that the rolling action "loosens" stuff up and cleans out the tissue somehow, so that’s my secret weapon.

In between sets I use a heating pad, I used to wrap it around the tube. When you talk about using heat should I wrap the pad around the tube or keep using heat in between sets?

Wrap it around the cylinder.

If you have trouble controlling the heat with the heat pad wrapped around your tube, just wrap a small towel around the tube first, then the heat pad.

Has anyone tried cold pumping as an experiment? Actual cold, not just room-cold. I’d like someone other than me volunteer for this, though.

I could try putting some cold packs on the outside of my tube as an experiment if that would give you some useful information. I’m not set up for water pumping, which would probably give you more meaningful results.

I’d skimmed through several of the “cool down vs. warm down” threads, so I took it at face value. No problemo, though. Rock on!

I did hanging (both bib and vac), manual stretching , squeezes and pumping. With any PE exercises I strongly suggest to use the heat. Heat is super necessary, a missing puzzle.

BTW if any PE manufacturer is reading this….. try to make a pumping cylinder with a heating device attached to it.

Is it possible to used one of those IR light heaters aiming towards the cylinder?
