Pumping without increasing glans size?

I’m not yet a full member, or I would have posted this question in pumping.

I’ve been doing PE and pumping on and off for several years. Not very consistently though.

My main question is, does anyone know how to pump or clamp, WITHOUT increasing glans size? I’ve tried several things like wrapping and a glans cap from LG.

Also the other part of my question, is my glans ends up filling the tube, making it difficult to get the shaft to the point of packing. Any tips?

What is your erect base girth, your erect head girth and what is the diameter of your cylinder?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Head and base are 6” but shaft is 5”.

Tube is 2 1/8”

I know it doesn’t sound like much of a difference, but if you switch to a 2.25" tube it should keep your glans from packing. LeLuv has them in stock for a very good price:
