Question: Cylinder Length for girth only

Good Morning Everyone. Quick question. I figured out the width of the cylinder I’m going to order 1.75 ( I’m at my base 4.75 and all I need is girth) What would you guys recommend as Length of the Cylinder. I’m going to order my pump this week from lapdist.com 8 or 9 inch?

How can we give you a cylinder length without knowing your BPEL?

Sorry about that! I’m at 6.5 BPEL My wife is happy with my length but there is room for improvement in the girth dept.

Go ahead and get the 9”X1.75” cylinder. You can’t force girth by having a shorter cylinder.

Yes fla2006, the lapdist pumps and cylinders are excellent quality.

The length of the cylinder must always be longer than your own length, regardless if it is only girth you want. I think experienced pumpers generally suggest a cylinder two inch longer and a quarter inch wider than your own measurements.

I’m not sure if I did the math right but I think 1.75 inch may be a little small for you, or just border line(?). May be if you can find one, go up one eighth inch from that size. It would be sad if you spent a lot on a 1.75 inch cylinder only to find you outgrew it quickly!

In my opinion 1.75” is the correct size.

My math still places it at a slightly small to borderline size if it is meant solely for girth, but if he has already bought it, I guess he will find out for sure soon. These vacuum pumping cylinders are way over-priced for what they are.. Basically just plastic tubes.. So it would be a real shame to buy one and outgrow it in a short period of time!

Lapdist sizes are only in 1/4” increments, ie. 1-1/2”, 1-3/4”, 2”, 2-1/4”, etc.

In checking with them to find out if they could custom make a cylinder in a different size than offered on their website, I was told that they no longer did it. I was unable to find another company that offered intermediate sizes.
