Can you kegel while pumped?

Yes, I can. I have managed to do it many times. Do you find it difficult to kegel during pumping? :angel: Just kidding, sure you can, just pay attention to what you are doing.

You can kegel any time, any place, anywhere. Kegeling while pumping is an excellent time to do this exercise.

I can kegel while pumped AND chew gum at the same time!

Now that takes some talent!

Doing kegels while pumping (if you can) could actually be a really good idea!

I may be wrong about this but, my understanding of the physical reaction due to vacuum pumping is that more blood (up to a point) and more lymph fluids are drawn in. The blood fills the core and the lymph to the skin, but for the most part pumping results primarily in lymphodema. It seems like drawing in more blood would be a really good thing since it is really the core you want to enlarge, and not necessarily draw in more lymph fluid.

Kegels force more blood into the core, right?

IMO doing Kegels while pumping could actually be a really good idea because you’d be shifting the balance away from lymphodema!

By the way, that’s part of the benefit to pumping at low vacuum and to condom pumping: more blood, less lymph. Low vacuum for longer duration allows more blood, where higher vacuum/shorter duration exerts more force and it’s easier to get lymph than blood buildup as part of the expansion process.

Same with condom pumping: the condom holds a counterpressure at skin level, so that there is more core expansion and less surface/lymph expansion.

I’ll have you know I can pump, kegel, rub my hand on my tummy and pat myself on the head all at the same time.
