1- do i need to stay hard all of session or just starting erect is okey? 2- what is the correct way to increasing pressure? most of pump users says 4-5 hg is enough dont increase the pressure more than 5 hg but i dont feel 4-5 is enough and i dont want to hurt my dick. so what is the correct way to increasing pressure time by time? 3- pressure vs time what is best way? I am pumping about last 1.5 month. My routine is 15min x 2 for this week. i told ” i dont feel 4-5 hg enough” is it can be because of time is insufficient?

Entering erect helps limit the lymph fluid edema. I also think it allows for an immediate impact to your tunica.

You’ll find that 4-5hg is sufficient. Remember, just because it doesn’t feel significant, that doesn’t mean that it’s not working.

As you gain more experience pumping, you can slowly increase the length of the sets. Make sure you’re using constant heat to get the most of all your PE routines.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I use a home made mouth vacuum pump and my erect length never seems to exceed my non-pumped erect length.

I thought you were supposed to get added length while in the pump.

Any thoughts?


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

You should exceed your normal length with a continuous session of at least 30 minutes and around 5”hg, no breaks. During the session you can explore cycling the pressure between 5 and 8 if you are fully conditioned. Length is best achieved with long continuous sessions. Not bad for girth also. :)

You must be fully conditioned to go for 30 minutes straight.

Could anybody suggest a routine for somebody new to air pumping?

With daily pumping, how long should it take before I could consider myself fully conditioned?

I recommend starting with a session of 5-8 minutes. Keep the pressure low, nothing over 5hg.. You don’t know how you’re going to respond to being under pressure. I make sure I’m erect when I start pumping. Use a pressure of 5hg or less and use some water based lube to help create a seal. Pay attention to your pumping sessions. Stay away from lymph edema if at all possible. Many new to pumping, ramp up the pressure because it looks impressive. Resist the urge to use pressure that’s too high. Only you can determine your conditioning level. Listen to your dick, it speaks loud and clearly.

Use constant heat.

Thanks Titleist, I really appreciate your advice. I will certainly heed the warnings on pressure. Slow and steady wins the race. I’m in it for the long haul.

I assume that at low pressure burst capillaries are unlikely so I should use edema and EQ as my primary indicators for conditioning? Is there anything else I should watch out for?

I find ending with 10-15 minutes of edging helps me asses the quality of my session. Nothing more to watch for other than pressure and post pump PI’s.

Then today’s session was a resounding success. I could have broken open a coconut with my post-pump wood!

gprent, let me ask you a question.

In a routine of 3 session a week or 1ON/1OFF routine, what do you think would be a correct way to increase time inside the tube? Adding 1 minute every week sounds good?

That is very conservative. I usually go up in 5 minute increments.
