I’m new here and was interested in opinions about doing the “STRETCH / While Erect Exercise” while in a skinny tube.

My reason?

I am older and having erections on demand may take some work, so I was thinking, why not induce an erection, with a skinny tube (1 3/4 x12”) and pump to about 7 (vacuum), so as to get a nice erection.

Then, push in (against the body) and down (toward the floor), I really feel a good lig stretch.
Also pull straight out while still in the tube.

I can do this during the day and also do my PC Kregal exercises at the same time, this kills two moves, included in my workout so I can finish off in a hot tub of water at home in the evening, allowing me to get the routine done while bathing in about 35 minutes.

Think of the suspensory ligament in the penis as a very tough, tight rubber band. It is attached to the pubic bone and the erectile chambers of the penis. Pulling out on a flaccid penis directly away from the body, like most enlargement programs recommend, does not put enough tension on the ligament to cause it to lengthen. What you want to do is create tension on the ligament using leverage by keeping the penis fully erect.

I’ve never tried pumping alone to stretch ligs, but I do feel a slight lig stretch when I pump. It makes sense. The mouth of the tube is sucked inward, pushing on the ligs. This results in basically a V-stretch. If you’re just beginning PE, this may be sufficient to make some progress. If you’re seeking length, you will eventually want to add some manual stretches or hanging to your routine.

I highly recommend kegeling in the tube. The added resistance gives the PC an excellent workout.

The info you quoted is a little off base:

This depends on your LOT. Someone with a high LOT can lengthen the suspensory lig by stretching SO. Down or BTC is more effective though.

I disagree with this. When erect the CC’s are full and hard, and get in the way of stretching downward. It’s much easier to target the ligs when flaccid.

You may feel a good stretch initially from pulling your erect dick down or to the sides (I and others have), but it will quickly lose its effectiveness as the limiting tissues stretch out. It isn’t an ideal way to stretch ligs.
