Sorry if I write here but actually I cannot create a new thread yet. Can you tell me if it’s possible to gain length only with pumping? If so, what’s the best protocol in your opinion? thanks a lot

But what I understand is that pump is not the more efficient method for lenght, requires more much time to achieve gains than manual stretches.

I bought a Utimi manual pump off Amazon. Works great.

I would say those pumps are not very good. For a good budget pump on Amazon, look for Leluv pumps with pressure gauges and a metal pump like this one:

Even I have heard of Dr. Elist and I live in Central Australia in a town 1500 km from the capital city. I would not go to him, don’t do any surgery.

I am wondering why having a gauge is such a godsend for the pump? Men can misuse the pump with or without a gauge, and everyone handles the pumping in their own way. Nothing is without risk. I have a Bathmate, I got it in Australia, I wasn’t going to get it from a foreign supplier or send my money overseas. Look, it works just fine, I have a purplish penis but I would have with a pump with a gauge or some el cheapo anyway, that is how my penis responds to pumping.
