Reverse Pump routine
Recently I have modified my routine. Now I begin with my heating pad warmup as before, then pump with my 3.5” cylinder for 5 minutes, rest 5, then pump with my 2.25” 5 minutes, rest 5, then 5 minutes with my 2” cylinder, rest 5, and finally 5 minutes with my 1.75”. After 2 cycles I am unable to fit in the 1.75” cylinder, after 3 cycles I am fully packed in the 2” cylinder, and full pack the 2.25” on the 4th pump. This places an enormous amount of fluid in the penis available for hydraulic compression. I can then oil-jelq the shaft and really feel the burn. Please note that I am an experienced pumper and know how to read the feedback my body gives. This is not an easy routine, but I am hanging fuller as a result.
