Hey there GPrent. Like almost everyone else here I have a question. After making an unwise purchase I have done more research regarding pumping. I saw your recommendation about a setup from picturebrite in another thread. It seems like a good start. Now to my problem. I’m not sure about cylinder size. I’m a baseball bat. My mseg is 5.5”. I’ve never gotten good measure on my base because of turkey neck but I know its more narrow. Should I go 1.75” or 2.00”? Your input would be appreciated. Have a good one.

You should definitely buy the 2.0” cylinder.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thanks

Hello GPrent, another day another question!

I’m contemplating investing in a good pump/cylinder, but I would like some input. I intend to go for both girth and length and am at 8” BPEL and 5.8” BEG. I was thinking of a cylinder 10” long with a diameter of 2.25”, would that be a good option?
Also something else I haven’t really managed to find a conclusive answer to, do people generally tend to pump with a sleeve or without? Doesn’t it restrict the very very base (close to pubic bone)?

Thanks in advance!

That is a perfect size cylinder for you.

If you are talking about the rubber sleeve that some cylinders have at the base, that indicates a cheap low quality cylinder and you don’t want to buy that.

To get that specific cylinder size I think you will have to go here: LA Pump Deluxe Penis Enlargement Package - lapdist.com and get that deluxe package.

Thanks for the quick reply! I’m ordering from thickwall.co.uk since I live in Europe and they have the specific size I want, should save me quite some shipping costs.

I missed your location in Europe, sorry. Thickwall is the place to go.

Wow, this is just what I needed. I have had a tough time getting any girth gains but the length that I definitely don’t need comes easy. At my most recent set of measuring (5 days in a row same room same temp) I’m at 9.1x5.5 I would like to gain about an inch of girth and little or no length so I think pumping is going to be my best bet.

It works so do the work.

*If you are at the upper limit and are going for length, select the cylinder diameter straight across in the table. If you are at the upper limit and are going for girth, select the next cylinder size up. Example: Your base girth measures 5.25. If your goal is length, select the 1.75 cylinder. If your goal is girth, select the 2.0 cylinder.

Very helpful; thanks for taking the time to help the rest of us out, cheers.

* Side note, the Elliptical Cylinders are measured slightly differently for first time buyers like myself but I used your recommendations non the less and look forward to trying it out very soon!

I noticed you posted this link a few pages back! Absolutely brilliant and of course helpful conversions for Elliptical Cylinders!

I just answered my own question which was recently posted, cheers!

Pumping is going great so far, I’m getting huge temporary gains with no bruising and minimal fluid build up. The issue is my head is touching the end of the tube (I have a penomet and have set up a pump and gauge on it) is it ok to be pressing on the end?

If I was touching the end with a regular pump, I would be looking for a 1” to 2” longer tube. But with the penomet, perhaps you could just buy the next stronger rubber bellows and that should keep you from touching the end of the tube. Just be aware the stronger bellows will also mean higher pressure so be careful not to go overboard.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Looks like I’ll be buying a new tube then, the bellows are not cost effective. I think I’m going to go with a 2” diameter with 11” length 12” if I can’t get an 11. No one ever said this P.E thing was cheap ha.

Hello everyone,

I’m a new member here. I’ve been perusing the old threads and learning as much as possible. At this time I can only purchase one cylinder, so I am looking for the best one to grow into (pun intended). I am looking first and foremost for gains in girth; however, length will be great as well. I measure 4.25” currently at the base 3.75” mid and 4” just below the glans. If I use a cock ring the girth becomes 4.25 throughout. According to your chart that would mean I need a 1.5” cylinder. My question is about starting with the 1.75”. Would that be too large. If my balls start to enter the cylinder could I put a cock ring around them to keep them out?

Thanks for the wealth of knowledge!
