Just continue to use the 1.75” cylinder. And for the heck of it, check to make sure the female fitting is securely tightened in your 1.5” cylinder.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Gprent, thanks for the advice! I got the 2.25 and thought “shit it’s too big!” NOPE! Like you said the base is packed 2 inches already in 5 minutes! 4 hg is PLENTY of PULL! Yikes! So different than water pump. I think this is my new thing!

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

I noticed after a few uses that I get more of a pump from the Penomet but the air “pump” lasts longer. Compared 30 mins with each on separate days. Air at 4hg. Penomet full bore. I was at 5 9/16 Mseg 4 hours after pumping with air. Was back to normal with water by then.

I recently bought an electric pump off of amazon, and I have a question about the cylinder size:

The length is 1.5” more, but the diameter of the cylinder is 2.5” (seems to be way too big?), whereas the chart says I would want 1.75”. But the seal is much smaller and I have no trouble pumping with a good seal in. My testicles don’t get drawn into the tube through the seal when I pull them down before I start pumping. Is this cylinder size a problem? I’m going mainly for girth.

As long as you are comfortable using it, it should be OK. Can you copy and paste the link so I can see what it looks like?

@Gprent

It’s this one here. I convert the kilopascal readings to Hg and it’s about incremental levels of 3 in Hg all the way up to 15 Hg. I tend to stick to the lowest setting @ 10 Kpa = 3 Hg.

That pump is an OK starter pump to see if you like pumping, but I don’t think it will last long. If you use lube to pump with, don’t get anything other then a water soluble lube near that seal or it will deteriorate fast.

When it is time to upgrade, consider this Leluv set-up and this cylinder does not need a seal.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I tried pumping today at 3 Hg using the pump from the amazon link and as soon as I started seeing some decent expansion, a sac started to form on the right side of my base and I freaked out and stopped. Might be lymph fluid? Also, 3 Hg felt pretty intense. The cylinder felt like it pressed pretty hard against my body. I don’t know if that’s normal or not.

How long had you been pumping before you noticed this? Could the “sac” been one of your testicles being drawn into the cylinder?

In terms of pumping experience, I’m a complete beginner to pumping but I do have a few months of manuals experience. In terms of how long I pumped before I noticed the sack, it was when the pressure got close to 3 Hg. I’m 95% sure it wasn’t my testicle. I remember checking that I still had 2 outside of the cylinder. Maybe I have a third hidden testicle. I’ll give it another whirl in a few days and see what’s going on.

I am interested in purchasing a pump. I am 7 1/4 x 4.75 and was looking at the leLuv pump mentioned above. Based on the sizing chart of the OP, if I’m going for girth, I would need a 10”X1.75” tube. It doesn’t appear LeLuv has a 10” tube and all their 1.75” are sold out in 9” and 12” variety. What should I do?

This seller is constantly restocking, so I would check back on a regular basis. You can try contacting the seller to see if he can give you an estimate on when a 9 x 1.75 will be back in stock.

I’m 7.5 BPEL and between 4.5 and 4.75 girth. I’m looking at going for length and girth. Thinking about starting out with a 1.75” cylinder to get to girth, and then using it to push length once girth is achieved. Does this sound plausible?
