So when I pump I put my pump back into a bag but I left these little metal beads in them and the got wet so they rusted…I been using my pump with rust on it for like 2 days now should I worry !

Shouldn’t hurt anything. Topical exposure to ferrous oxide isn’t harmful.

I am assuming it is on the cylinder? I am surprised is doesn’t wash off.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Next dry the interior and exterior of the cylinder with a wash cloth. Then stand them up to dry for awhile. They are stored in tube athletic socks to avoid chipped plastic. Then placed in a plastic storage box to avoid damage.
