For those of you that have gained Erect Length from strictly pumping only (no other devices or exercises). Please answer the questions below. This will clear up many confusions and misconceptions and be a great help to pumper of all experiences especially newbies instead of having scattered information everywhere.

1. What were your starting stats and how much did you gain?
2. How much pressure did you use?
3. How many minutes did you pump per set?
4. How many sets did you do per session?
5. how many sessions per week did you pump?
6. Did you enter the pump fully erect or flaccid?
7.Did you pump sitting on a chair or standing up?
8. What size cylinder did you use?
9. Which angle did you pump in? meaning was the cylinder pointing straight out, angled upwards, or angled downwards?
10. did you hold the cylinder with your other hand or did you let it hang freely?
11. If the pressure decreases a little bit after the initial pump, did you repump it back to the intended pressure?

Most guys have done other manual exercises for gaining length. I think that may be a part of why no one is answering all these questions.

I see what you’re trying to do but you’re asking a lot of questions that are covered in many of the threads that are scattered around, as you put it.

There is no one size fits all for any enlargement method and you may have to do a bit of digging and reading to find what you’re looking for.

What does your current PE routine look like now?

I’ve done jelqing, manual stretching for years. From 2013 - 2016 and haven’t gained anything and actually get length loss post workout for about 3 days. I’ve done hanging with the LG hanger for 2 hours per day for 8 months at a time and haven’t gained anything. I got temporary length loss just like from manual stretching. I’ve used the size genetics extender for months and also haven’t gained anything. All it did was cause bad circulation.

2018 - 2019 was i completely stopped manual exercises, hanging, and extending. My routine consisted only of pumping. I was doing 5 hg for 15 min fully erect at first for a few months and haven’t gained anything, but at least no post workout shrinkage.

Then I tried 3 x 10 min at 5 hg, 5 days a week and still got 0 gains. but not shrinkage.

I’ve tried high pressure such as 7 hg - 10 hg and, actually get temporary size loss from it.

Then one day I just decided to go back to 3 x 10 min at 5 hg, but this time I only pumped once per week. And that was when I magically gained 0.4 inch in erect length in the span of 4 weeks. Unfortunately i stopped pumping after that for a while because i had to leave the country for vacation for 2 weeks. When i came back to the country i got lazy and haven’t pumped for another 2 months. And the 0.4 inch length gain was still there. So I started up my routine of 3 x 10 min at 5 hg once per week again but this time the gains wasn’t coming anymore for some reason. So I’m trying to see what has worked for others, because I have seen a few users who have gained length solely from pumping but unfortunately they’re no longer active on this site.

I gained from pumping. You have to listen to “your” dick. Make sure you’re using constant heat.

I pumped twice a day for 20 minutes six ways a week at 5 hg for several years and hit a plateau, but when I added a 45 minute session once a week at 4 hg, I started to make more gains. I changed tube size several times over the years as my girth continued to increase.

Due to ED issues, I had to go in flaccid. I had to periodically add pumps in order to maintain the vacuum at the desired level.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

thanks for sharing, did you gain length from pumping also?

I did jelqs, clamping, and manual stretching for several months and nothing resulted about that.

So i did multiple forms of pumping and gained only 0.5cm in girth., but i allways had inconsistent gains with pumping.

I am actually trying different stuffs to gain more and/or keep my penis in a pumped state longer. (Maybe more rest, maybe less i have no clue)
