Should I through this water pump away?

I bought this cheaper water pump I found on ebay from a highly recommended seller, brthorse, and it doesn’t seem to work.

I tried it using my mouth to put air inside, placed it against my stomach, it holds air, both on the stomach and on the penis. But it doesn’t seem to hold more than just a little, if I pump using a brake bleeder pump with a gauge, the pressure marker never goes over 0hg. It’s a penis pump that can be disessembled in 4 part from the base to the tip. It had an incorporated electric hand pump that doesn’t work at all, couldn’t even turn it on.

Is this pump broken? Does it leak out air somewhere since it can make a slight seal on the stomach and penis, but I can’t pump above 0hg with it?

You can try submerging the pump and see where is the air leak, then seal it with silicone paste, the one that is used for plumbing. That should work fine.

It doesn’t have a leak when filled with water.

I tried it a few more times, it seems it can even pump air on itself only by pressing the hole thing agains the body a few times, but it still won’t go over 0hg, it only creates a seal and nothing more.

I really can’t figure out why it doesn’t work. If I use my mouth to create vacuum the same thing happens and it doesn’t leak air through the hose either.

Can anybody help me with this?

Either the pump is not working or you have a leak. Does the brake bleeder pump work with a different cylinder?

This is an electric pump right I was looking at this as a lightweight option to travel with, yes chuck the cylinder and buy a cylinder (size as per choice) and use it in conjunction with your electric pump.voila

The electric hand pump doesn’t work at all, it was the first thing I noticed was broken since it arrived.

I wanted to pump with water like with a bathmate, I own multiple other tubes I can pump with, air pumping isn’t the problem. I wanted to pump with this new water pump.

I just bought it, it works very, very well, it’s the mytivac type pump only it’s called Geko. The best brake bleeder pump I ever had.

I tried testing each part of the cylinder as it can be dismounted and put back into place.

Apparently there’s no problem with the connector on top of the pump where the hose connects . I can create vacuum and suction/it creates a seal with all the separate parts against my body, starting with just the top part of the tube, even with all of them connected.

Where could the problem be? It does create suction, it pulls my dick slightly inside, but the pressure never gets above 0hg, I tried continuosly pumping for 10 min, no pressure was added, my hand was really tired, my dick just got sucked into a fluffy flaccid and created a slight seal against my body. If I were to do this with any other pump I would have reached 20hg no matter what, even with no lube or anything, the pump just works and creates vacuum at each pump, it takes seconds for me to reach 5hg.

I am very frustrated and will buy a bathmate, but it will take another month for it to arrive and I would have liked the idea of not getting ripped off with this first cheap water pump I bought. I really liked it’s design and the fact that it can be dismounted and put back together, especially for travelling purposes. Even when I found out the electric pump doesn’t work I said to myself, who cares?.., I only wanted the water pump. But now it’s making me angry and very disappointed.

I want to drill another hole in the top part of the tube right through the current placement of the connector where the hose gets connected to the pump. But I will be sorry for ruining the pumps mechanism to only allow negative pressure inside, once air is in, it doesn’t allow for it to come out, only water can come out of the tube.

You can water pump with an ordinary tube and hand pump; the search function will turn up many threads on the subject.

It was the New Hotness for a few years, but it was more hassle than ordinary dry pumping, and there aren’t many forum members doing it any more.

Thanks for the response, but it doesn’t seem to be the case on twitter. Water pumping clearly gives more expansion and I really wanted a tube that had that bathmate type of padding at the base, sorry for not making much sense but I can’t think of a google search that would help me find the name for it. The rubber cushion/protection, the protection stretchy, rubber, that flexible rubbery material at the base of the cylinder. THAT’S WHAT I WAS AFTER! It really looks comfortable and seems like the only way I can gain length while pumping.
I am very aware of pumping with a normal cylinder while using water at the same time, but that’s even more of a hassle than using a bathmate/pump designed for water pumping.
Anyway…I really want to try water pumping.
Also, the legend PEer seven_wants_ten from the old mos forum sweared by it, even mentioned that he thought air pumping would be a waste of time.
Kingespadas also has numerous pictures while using a bathmate and I would imagine he got his length gains using it, gaining length with air pumps, for me at least, it is very, very, very hard and painful.

I contacted the seller for a refund, he offered me to send back the broken pieces instead. I agreed of course but I am really having a problem figuring out wich part of the tube I should blame. I think it’s the top part where the hose connects, but I can’t be sure because when I pull air on that top part only while holding agains my body, it really works at creating suction, no problem..
