Going to do the matters of size routine and jelq strech etc, I find that helps loads with cementing what has come out of the pump!

I’ve tried it after a (recreational) pump. 4 hours now and I’m just now getting back to “normal.” Only wore the ring about 20 minutes, after a 10 minute pump. And then other… exercise. So it seems worth it.
