Cock ring after pumping

I am ordering a penis pump and I ordered 4 different kind of cock-rings and cock/ball holders. I was wondering if it’s bad to have a cock ring on all day behind your penis and balls, just the shaft, and/or just the testicles. If it’s not super tight but tight enough to keep it engorged is it dangerous?

Blood clots may be a concern. When I did a quick search around, it seemed like the general recommendation from most places that sell them was to remove them every 20 minutes (or sooner if you experience discomfort).

I don’t know. If the ring is tight enough to make you “hang long all day and keep you semi-pumped up” then it must still be compressing the veins to some degree and slowing blood flow. Considering that you can get blood clots from something as simple as sitting down for long periods of time (like on a long airplane flight); I personally would be weary of blood clots from wearing a cock ring all day. Do a Google search using the key words ‘cock ring blood clot’. You should turn up some interesting stories.

So how long is it safe to wear one after pumping? And how long of breaks do I need inbetween if I wanted to try to keep it on as much as possible throughout the day?

I don’t know. The general recommendation seems to be to take them off every 20 minutes. As for how long of a break do you need in-between: I really have no clue, but I would imagine it wouldn’t take to long to get blood flow moving again especially if you gave yourself a quick massage. Then again maybe simply having something on that compresses the veins all day long would start to cause trauma to the veins after a while resulting in blood clots :shrug: So basically I have no idea 7:^)

It was my understanding that the 20 minute rule was only while having a hard erection. I am wanting to put it on and let it go flacid. And not have it super tight but enough to keep it buldging.

If you want to wear a cockring for extended periods of time (for hours) you should buy a “cockstrap”. The wider surface of the strap gives a more gentle pressure on your veins. I have a leather strap with metal snaps on it but I never make it on the tightest level. I wear it for 5-6 hours after pumping and I think it is beneficial for gains.

If anyone has any advice about wearing cock-rings for pro-longed periods of time let me know. I just ordered some cock and ball harnesses and rubber rings. I want to keep my unit enlarged after my pump/exercise sessions.

As cayance suggests, a cock and ball strap can be worn for longer (not in a “stangle-hold” though.)

It’s the rings that go over just the shaft that should be removed every 30 minutes, if you have an erection going.
