Thats exactly why I wont/dont go over 7 hg.
I learned from other things I’ve done in my life to research first.
I am so glad I did. I Have gained, and they have stayed.
This was my first real break, and even though it was only a couple days.
It’s the first time my dick ever stayed at the size I was exercising.
It always shrunk back to pre-pe size.
I contribute this to pumping, since it is really the exercise I do steady.
I do jelq, clamp, stretch, but not daily like i do pumping.

Just knowing my personality, if I hadnt researched this I wouldve started at 10 hg or whatever had the amount of pain I could tollerate.
I tend to max everything.
But 5 hg is good, and after a few sets 7 hg finishes it nicely.
Never over 7. It hurts.
Now a smaller tube for length only I have been trying maxing out to get a good pull. But I still have a hard time over 7 hg then too.
I think that is just my limit.
