Stretching after pumping

Is there any benefit on stretching after pumping, or between pump sets? Most of the pumpers jelq, but I still haven’t found people who stretch.

Grab, pull, hold for 30 seconds or so, and release.

Six times in all directions.

You can search for different approaches to stretching.

Thanks! I’ve been doing my stretches exactly like that, only right after the warm up. What I’m trying to figure out here, is that if there’s really any benefits on doing this after a pump set. I’ve been jelqing between sets, but I’d really like to target lenght for now, because I think I’m sort of stuck on 5.9” for some time now… and my goal is 7 for now! I hope someday I’ll get there… I’d be tremendously happy! Just like you… Mr. Happy!!!!

I’d say if you are thorough enough with your pre-pumping stretches, then stick with the jelqing between sets. A stretch here and there is always good, but after your warm-up it’s really good.

Whatever you do, I’d also recommend warming-up and staying warm throughout your routine. That seems to be of great help.

If your going for length, then try to have a lower level semi-erection while jelqing. Closer to 60% rather than 80%. From a variety of accounts that seems to help more with length. Jelqing at higher erection levels tends to favor girth and expansion.

I agree with Mr. Happy. I warm up and stretch, then pump and jelq (and pump and jelq). Lather, rinse, repeat.
