Temporary Gains of Pumping

For me pumping gives very easy fluid retention so I try to blitzkrieg the session. I get in the tube, have the feel of max expansion for that set, then start another set.

Usually after two sets I’m as good as it gets so I clamp some, when I see that clamp pressure is sub optimal its time for a third pump set.

After this I have the best clamp set of the session, and finish with mild pumping.

The mechanical exercise portion is what give lasting expansion though, pumping just enhances it

I usually cycle to higher pressure, 10 inHg or more, in short sets, < 1 minute. I find this gives a good stretch and good temporary gains - about an extra 0.25 inches in length and more in girth, for several hours, with little fluid build up. Can repeat this several times a day. Its also the only way I seem to make any permanent gains - I’ve gained 0.5 inches in length and 0.4 inches in girth in less than 2 months, seemingly permanently, although I also stretch and jelq. In know when I’ve had a good stretch from pumping when I get a tingly sensation in my cock for a few hours afterwards. Pumpng at low pressures < 5 inHg for 10 mins or more just gives me a very fat cock due to fluid build up, and no permanent gains.

How long are the sessions of pressure cycling, a minute repeated how many times ?

I have been pumping for a few weeks now and after a solid start with a consistent routine i thought i would get to solving the issue of using heat. So i got myself a heat mat and wrapped it around the tube and tied on with elastic straps. After pre heating the tube and following my normal routine i simply could not believe the difference! I came out of the tube with a thicker unit than normal and that was in a hot flaccid state. It felt so good with constant warmth (i used to pre heat the tube by the wood burner when its on). Lightly clamped edging between sets has also helped with expansion, keeping edema at bay and ensuring a 110% erection for the next pump set.

I will NEVER PE without the use of good heat again!!
The only thing I’m currently unsure about is how long a set should become before adding another……30mins? I started at 20min sets and now at 24min sets.

The habit I’ve developed, which seems to create the most in-tube length for me, is as follows. I use an air pump with gauge, quick release valve and battery operated pump - its very handy. I always try to go into the tube hard - 95%+. Arginine helps. I start by pumping up to 6-7 inHg, hold for a few seconds, then release the pressure quickly by 5 inHg, and immediately pump up to a higher pressure by 1 inHg, I.e. My cycles look like this: 6,1,7,2,8,3,9,4,10. I always Kegel when increasing the pressure. I’m quite comfortable at 10 inHg. I’ll then spend about 30 secs - 1 min at this pressure, before dropping by 5 and increasing to 11. Repeat this kind of cycle to the highest pressure which is still reasonably comfortable, which is currently 14-15 inHg. I only spend 10 -20 secs at these high pressures though. When I pause at high pressure I’ll ‘milk’ by tugging on the tube - 30 tugs say - I Kegel with every tug. If increasing pressure doesn’t result in any extra expansion it means I’m going soft. So I take it out, get hard again, and start again, albeit I’ll restart at a higher initial pressure. So long as I don’t spend too long at high pressure I get minimal fluid build up - certainly no donut. This routine creates the best stretch I can get, with minimal fluid build up. Stretching and jelqing beforehand are very useful to get into a good flexible and warm state.

I ALWAYS go by feel - if its uncomfortable I’ll stop going higher, or reduce the pressure, or simply stop pumping. I can see when I’m getting fluid build up in the tube - I’ll stop at this point. Every time I’ve broached a new maximum pressure there is always some spotting. Occasionally some sore bits, but they don’t last longer than a few days - never sore enough to prevent sex. No blisters yet.
