What kind of temporary girth gains can you get from pumping? It’s for sex with the wife? I can get a temporary 1/4” to 1/2 ” from a good jelqing session. What about other for real permanent gains? Looking to get back into a routine of something new after about 4 years off.

What I have trouble understanding is how pumping is considered temporary gains or more “for show”. Yet clamping is considered a “permanent” way of increasing girth. Aren’t they both doing the same thing in different ways?

Before to go in a club, I do pumping for 2-3 hours at 7 in.HG (in a 2,75 inches tube), I get a crazy girth of 7.6 inches for several hours.

For permanent gains, I do 3 sets of 20 minutes every day at 7 in.HG. I get 2-3 millimeters on the length and 3 millimeters on the girth per month.

Raptors we all know that if a pumper wants to know his reals gains must stop pumping for at least 3-4 days so all the lymph and temp gains dissapear . Did you do that ? Because you said that you pump all days . I also pump and jelq without days off .

Yes, I do a pause of 3 days with PE before to do the measurements.

I have only experimented the pump for 3 months.

My gains come from stretching, wet/dry jelq, uli, hanging, erect bend and pumping. I am in a testing phase, I am currently trying extender, I want to test clamp, tubing and wrapping. Then I will come back to manual PE and later I will try pumping again. I have not found a perfect method, so I regularly change until I found something that generates more than 0.15 inches/month.

Yes, I would like to hear the answer to that as well. When I’m clamped, my erection is HUGE but goes away after unclamping. How is that different from pumping?
