Maybe other guys are doing this, but I just discovered what I think will make my clamping way more effective.

I bought a cheap pump. By pumping for just two or three minutes before clamping, I get expansion
1/4” BEYOND my greatest expansion with clamping alone. I take off the pump, and clamp for the normal amount of time, then remove the clamp, massage and heat my schlong, put the pump back on for two or three minutes to get the max expansion, then clamp again. Etc.

In other words, pump for two or three minutes before and between clamping sets. This gives me more blood and lymph to “work” with to stretch the tunica during clamping.

My max expansion during clamping sets without the pumping added was 5.5 midshaft, 5.75 base. With the pumping, it is 5.75 mid and 6 base. The tunica is being stretched more, plain and simple.

Plus, I get the side benefit that was what I was after in the first place with the pump: the temporary expansion to make me bigger for sexual encounters. I noticed that even a couple of hours after this workout, I was .25 girthier than normal!

I am right there with you Dangleman .

I started doing this a while ago , I do a warm up , some jelqing , them pump for a few minutes , and when I come out of the pump , I slap on the clamps .

I usually repeat this cycle two or three times .

I get great expansion , and the clamping seems to somehow flush out any lymph build up .

I am at about seven inches girth with this protocol lately .

The only down side is , my Monty’s PE Weights are not fitting , and anal sex is now out with my favorite fuck buddy .

Am I ready to stop ?

I agree completely, Dangleman. I also believe that the ass can expand to accommodate 6” or more in girth fairly easily. Let’s face it, many gay dudes are size freaks and they are limited to anal in terms of intercourse. I tried your method sort of randomly Friday morning and thought I noted the same thing. I woke up really early with strong wood. I had plans for that evening and didn’t want to overdo the PE that day, so I pumped a little, then clamped and I noticed that my cock seemed a little thicker. Now I know I wasn’t imagining things because I didn’t measure to confirm.

Wow, I am now reaching 6 inches MID-SHAFT during clamping using this method! That is a half-inch more mid-shaft than during my earlier clamping sessions! My dick looks like a walrus!

I have been using this method for a couple of weeks now and I think it is more effective than pump and jelq. I use a similar technique as you. I start with an erection and pump for 5-8 minutes at no more than 5”hg and then clamp for about 5 minutes and repeat this cycle three times for about a 30 minute routine. Girth increases have been impressive as well as flaccid hang improvement. I am very excited about my results using this technique.

Is post-pumping girth all beneath the skin, or is it the actual corpus cavernosa that expands?

Do you pump with clamping for the temporary increase, or is it intended to help create permanent long-term girth?

I am pretty sure it is the corpus cavernosa that is expanding. The pump cycle that I use is not long enough to cause skin bloat and my girth actually gets larger while clamped then when coming out of the pump which also suggests internal pressure from clamping is forcing tunica expansion.

gprent: yes, that is essentially the same as what I do, except that I clamp for probably ten minutes at least, since I believe clamping gives permanent girth gains that pumping does not from what I hear. I don’t want to shorten or compromise my clamping, I just want to add something TO it.

Mr. Fantastic: that is a good question; any extra fluid outside the tunica would not help expand the tunica. I am hoping that the extra 1/4 inch I am getting by adding the pumping to my clamp routine is inside the tunica - but I can’t be sure.

I’m curious because I should be starting my girth-work soon. I wasn’t really sure if pumping would help achieve permanent gains, but from the above it seems it may very well contribute.

I think a lot of guys make a mistake when they start to pump and that’s how it get a bad rap. I think what happens is guys over pump by going to long with too much pressure because that gives instant large results. But a lot of that result is skin bloat which quickly disappears and guys get discouraged and give up.

But, like any other form of PE, pumping takes time. The best way is to start like described in Pumping 101 with reasonable time and pressure which starts to act on the tunica for core pump results without getting the skin bloat from excessive lymph accumulation. So, take pumping at a reasonable pace with moderation and over time you will get great results.

Then, as described above, start combining it with clamping which I think has great potential as being one of the best gaining methods.
