The sleeve

Do you have to use the sleeve to get gains,who pumps with sleeve or with out ?

I think it’s more of a comfort issue - you can get gains pumping with or without the sleeve. However, many members do use either a condom, the pump sleeve or some other constrictive device in order to minimize fluid build up during a pumping session.
