Use a thinner tube so the only expansion you can have is length wise. Don’t know if it will work just an idea.

I also utilize higher pressure than I often see recommended - usually in the 15” hg range. To me its all about conditioning. A newbie going there is going to be sorry. For those who have pumped a decade, it’s not a big deal. Heat helps and so does DMSO in preparing tissue for higher vacuum levels.

I think the operative truth in PE is to gain an awareness of how your cock responds to increasing stress without overdoing it.

My experience:
I have delved into PE unknowingly for 20 years or more. Since discovering Thunder’s I have read quite a bit of information. After researching I decide in May to start a regular PE routine. It is as follows.
5-Minutes of warm wrap (heating pad)
5-minutes of stretching, jelqing (wet of dry)
1 or 2 weight hanging sets (5 pounds for 10 minutes)
3 or 4 10 minute sets of clamping using 1 to 4 clamps with a cotton cloth wrap (includes kegels, with shaft and head squeezes, and slight bending)
Edging 3 or 4 times when in the mood
Repeat warm wrap between all sets of exercises
Apply healing ointment after final warm wrap (polysporin or similar).
M,T = On
W = Off
TH,F = On
Sat = Maintenance (light workout)
Sun = Rest

In July I decided to add another method of PE by using pumping techniques. I purchased a LAPD pump and two cylinders. A 1.75 x 10 and a 2.00 x 10. I then added 2-10 minutes sets of the 1.75 tube and 2-10 minute sets of the 2.00 tube.

The pumping routine has really paid big dividends. I start by maximum erection through jelqing, then enter the tube. I start out at low hgs, aroung 2-3, while in the tube at this pressure level I do kegels. Increasing engorgement by kegel exercises, I then increase the hgs to 5. Then repeat to 6 hgs. Then repeat to 7 hgs. Then spike the hgs to 10 or even 15. I then back off to 5 hg. Hold the pump for the remainder of the 10 minute set, occasionally pulling the tube, or jelqing the tube (also known as milking the tube).

I switch then to a 2 x 10 cylinder and repeat. I have also found that wrapping the heating pad around the cylinder seems to help with the healing procedure as well as elasticity.

I have been trying the golf weight hanging for the past week. The method feels as if it is doing some good as far as ligament stretching and overall flaccid girth and length. It is too early to report any measurable gains.

Night wood and morning wood has remained satisfactory, however wood in general is best on days of rest and 2-3 days of zero PE.

Following is my measurable history. (Note: At 18 years old a was only about 6” in length (that was 27 years ago). Regarding girth, not really sure but I am sure it was less than my starting girth in May of 2007.

I perfectly agree with you.

My problem with low pressure pumping at 4-6 ” Hg is that this pressure range only corresponds to normal blood pressure, therefore the expansion effect can not be much more than a regular erection.

In order to see results my hypothesis was that the pressure must exceed normal blood pressure in order to see a significant chang.

In my tight tube I come to normal bpeg at low pressure but exceed that length by 1/2 inch at high pressure. Interestingly, when coming back to low pressure, me erect length is still above my normal bpel.

I report about long term effects yet, but I am optimistic (I am combining with hanging and ads).

It’s been said before but everyone is different. My penis didn’t like high pressure(I consider anything above 5hg high) and my erection quality suffered terribly if I pumped at anything over 5hg for periods of 10 minutes or more.

High pressure has it’s place and I’ve been messing around with a routine I like to call “Trauma and Sustain”. I’m not sure if this term has been used before, my apologies if it has.

Anyway, my routine consists of a long warm up, followed by moderate exercises, then “trauma”(which really isn’t trauma, it’s just pushing the penis harder than it’s used to), then doing low pressure pumping for a long time.

Normally, it’s like this:
5 minute rice sock
5 minute jelq
5 minute manual stretching
5 minute 3-4hg pump
3 minute jelq/manual girth
5 minute 5hg pump(sometimes spiking)
5 minute clamp
10 minute pump at 3hg
1 minute jelq
10 minute pump at 3hg

I’ll probably work into something a little more intense but I’m getting good results from this. I’m actually progressing faster than I did with my 10 minute pump/10 minute clamp routine.

I’d hold the pumping sessions at the end much longer if I didn’t have a problem with donuts. That’s the price you pay for having a cone dick.
