I do incorporate a multiple angle approach jelq200 mid day stretching throughout day & ADS 2-3h in evening. I do not have the expectation that anything in life is permanent other than injuries life lessons. My body seems to like this routine. I do have some discoloration & turkey neck goes not bother me, I’ve lived my whole life with a double chin. Gains BPEL 5.9” to 6.3 on a good day girth 5.0” to 5.3” . Maybe this is just realized natural potential? Only time will tell as the name says I’m in it for the long run

Update on gains?? And any changes in your routine or anything worth knowing to help others trying to gain from pumping?

I’m not pumping anymore. I’ve tried air pumping, water pumping, (warm) water pumping + epsom salt but I keep getting petechiae. People always say use less pressure or pump for less time, but even if I pump at 1.5 HG for 10 mins a few days it’s alright but then the 4th day red dots start popping up again. So I feel like it’s a waste of time as it is gonna take months and months to work up to a decent level, if at all and then it delivers minimal gains. So now I’m getting into hanging. Tried vacuum hanging, but I get blood blisters, lots of edema and also petechia so I’ve ordered the male hanger and gonna see how that goes.

Some men are sensitive to vacuum on their glans. I can take up to 5"Hg, and then I get vacuum blisters. Some guys can get away with a whole lot more than that.

If pumping at 1.5" causes petechiae, then any type of vacuum device will do the same - hanger, extender, ADS.

You can still jelq, but you’ll have to avoid movements that force a lot of blood into your glans.

For a compression hanger, you’ll have to make sure you squeeze as much blood as possible out of your glans and make sure you get a good bite on the internal structures when tightening it. If it slips downward much, the "blood plug" may cause petechiae.

There’s also enlargement by forced erections from ‘chemical PE’, but it’s expensive. It’s not common, but we have several informative threads on the subject.

If your having petechiae on low pressure, it doesn’t matter if it’s effective on some of us. This is really about you. You can try sleeving or putting a glans protector to see if that helps, or try water pumping. I think as long as it isn’t painful or turn into blisters. I’m not sensitive like red and I’m on high pressure. I started extending post pumping. Pumping is the most ive stuck with and I’ve cemented length gains. I also got girth gains but jury is still out. I think pump and extender is a great combo. However, pumping really doesn’t matter if it’s uncomfortable to you or won’t give you any results. Not all routines will work for everyone. Find one you can stick with consistently. Try clamping, it’s a different approach and you clamp from the base…

One thing to be sure of is that your platelets are functioning normally. If you regularly take aspirin, iboprofen or other NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatories), or take any supplements that inhibit platelet function then you can get bruising or petechiae pretty easily since they inhibit platelets from doing their job.

There are also some congenital issues that result in diminished platelet function, though these are much less common and would require a hematology workup.

Not saying any of this is going on for you, just something to think about.

Thanks for the ideas, but I don’t take any of those.
