From what I read on your other thread, the tube is not broken, it is not sealing. Other members have provided you the steps to identify and correct the problem and you are unwilling to do so.

You are trying to blame the equipment when it is your incorrect use of the equipment that is the problem.

I followed all the steps I was giving so there is nothing more I can do. It is no different then trying to guide me on how to fix something in my car engine. Unless we are in person and you can see exactly what is wrong it is not gonna be much help. Thickwall customer service is excellent and after emailing them they are sending me a new pump.

Thickwall customer service is excellent and I wish I could delete this post. Also, like many users told me, there is a good chance the issue with my pump is a very easy fix. Unfortunately I can’t figure it out since the only way I learn anything is hands on or tutorial videos that are step by step.
