I purchased an infared sauna a few years ago and have been doing bathmate sessions in there frequently. I noticed a much better hang in my scrotum and tighter seal to my body. Anyone ever try a bathmate in a sauna or steam? Has it helped your gains in any way?

Dang man, I searched up sauna to see what hits I get and guess who I find! Well yes indeed mine is relation to the old stool sauna with the rocks one pours water on.
It loosens everything up thats for sure, I can go in prior suffering with some turtling and come out with a better flaccid hang for perhaps a couple of days.

And absolutely and kind of P.E exercise in the Sauna is going to be of maximum efficiency and one is working with heat, and lots of it

Lucky guy to have your own Sauna! How much did that set you back. My buddy bought one for his home gym also think he paid under a 1000£ delivered
