I’ve thought about it, and I think it’s a great idea. It would definitely work, in my opinion. The unfortunate part though, is that you would have to be on guard the whole time, and it could take away from your concentration/focus on PEing. Maybe you could warm up in the sauna, then immediately go to a bathroom stall or somewhere private to do your PE, then warm down in the sauna again?
