Vacutech's "Thick Walled Cylinder" for length???

Do these really work better for length than a standard tube? Why? Has anyone had any experience with these? I’ve asked on a few other sites, & the company itself, but I’d really like some real user stories, good or bad.

I don’t think they work any better. I have only one thick walled cylinder, but most of my pumping gains were made with flanged cylinders.

I had one of those before I had any clue as to what I was doing. They aren’t going to add any length by stretching ligs. You’re better off hanging or reverse kegeling and manual stretching to get those kind of lig gains. I’ve made all my gains with a regular cylinder, as well. Of course, I wish they were at Peforeal’s amount, but I’m getting there.

I have one - well, actually, more than one - and I like them. However, the reason I bought it was because I liked the way the thickwall cylinder did not have a flange at the bottom. I’m not sure why Vacutech markets the thickwall tube as somehow being better for length.

What is better for length, ultimately, is getting a cylinder that is the right size and comfortable, and using it properly and regularly. Considering that, the thickwall cylinder does the job for me.
