Want To Start Pumping
I been doing a newbie routine for the past 9 months, to which I’ve realized long ago I should have been changed up. I want to have pumping sessions for two or three out of my 5 pe workout days. What I have right now is warm up, basic stretches to get loose, then 3 sets of 5 min pumping sessions, with 50 jelqs in between. I’m not too sure if this is a good enough routine, since the newbie routine I did included basic stretching, three 50 rep jelqs and Three 30 rep v
Jelqs.
Any input is appreciated. I’m conditioned so I’m ready. Ready to see gains, and have the patience as well.
