That’s really too much to start with. I began pumping two weeks ago and my EQ is awesome! If you just starting pumping and your EQ is worse, you are overdoing it.
The first week I did one, 5 minute session per day(3 days on, 1 day off) at 2hg. The second week I did two, 5 minute sessions per day at 2-2.5hg.
This is the start of my third week but I’m going to follow the same routine as week two. I’ll probably up the minutes to 10 at the start of week four.
