You can get a good vacuum pump almost anywhere: harbor freight, walmart, amazon, or the corner auto parts store. They’re all the same. Look for a brake bleeder kit, which has the common red pistol handle vac pump with hoses. It also has a fluid trap if you want to pump with water. You can do it, but need to be cautious. Water in the vac pump will damage it.
I’m not sure what is available for your country but all these brake bleeder kits come from china so I’m sure you could find one in your area.
There are a wide variety of cylinders to choose from, and the prices reflect the variety. I personally use LeLuv, but others are also good. Make sure you size the cylinder as compared to the largest circumference of your shaft and glans.
Some lower cost cylinders have the hose connection which is formed when the cylinder is molded. They are somewhat fragile and can easily break. I recommend that you get one with a quick disconnect fitting. It is a female fitting.
I also recommend a straight wall cylinder. Some (MOS for example) are sloped and narrow towards the top.
You will also need a male quick disconnect fitting, which you can get on Amazon and other places, perhaps McMaster Carr.
LeLuv and others also offer an all inclusive package with vac pump/hoses/fittings and cylinder.
Buying individually may save a few dollars but may not be worth your time and effort vs. a package.
