When are you really packing the tube?

The correct way of packing is to be patient and do it slowly. Use multiple pump sets of 15 minutes each with 3 minutes of massage in between pump sets. Keep the pressure in the 4-5”hg range, but always pump up slowly to that level. With each pump set that is completed, you come out of the tube just a little larger. Depending on how much larger your cylinder is than you are, this may take 4, 6 or even 8 sets to accomplish, but the main goal doesn’t have to be packing. The main goal should be max core expansion, without lymph bloating and multiple 15 minute sets with 4-5”hg pressure will accomplish this.

Do you think there is a minimum set of 15 minute session that are required to gain, or can one set daily be sufficient?

Once you become accustomed to pumping, one 15 minute set is just a warm up. I think you should do a 2 set minimum. When you have time, preferably 3 or more, depending on your conditioning level.

Peforeal and Gprent have already answered this. I would add that condom pumping is an interesting technique to avoid fluid build up.

Gprent, your advice is always on point. I read what you said yesterday about packing the tube by doing 10 to 15 min set sessions “as many as needed”. Well normally I would do about 3 20 min sessions. I have gotten growth that way but never came close to packing the tube. Well last night I took your advice and started a routine of “as many sets as needed” 15min. I also jelqed for about 5 minutes between sets.I was on my fifth set and I couldn’t believe that I was getting close to packing the tube at least from side to side and the top. I would have kept doing more sets but life interfered. Thanks for the information!!

Gprent and peforeal - Great advice on packing the tube! Last night I did multiple sets of 15 minute pumping with a 2” diameter tube followed by a 5 minute massage (stretch & jelq). After the third set, it began to feel tight all over when I was getting out of the tube to massage. It was an entirely new and pleasurable feeling and spurred me on to continue the sets until I packed the tube. I knew I’d packed the tube, or at least come close, when I met resistance and had to lube my cock in order to get the tube back on. I’m hoping the stretches I did between pumping sets really did stretch the tunica and that the girth expansion I got was due to increased blood volume. But I suspect it’s a combination of lymph and blood. I’m still pretty huge girth-wise as I write this 4 hours later. I’m planning to pack the tube on a regular basis as I really enjoy the final pumping and massaging stages and love the resulting 6”+ girth. MC

It’s kind of addictive, isn’t it? The extra large girth both temporary and eventually permanent is what keeps me at this year after year.

It is, but guys have to remember that this permanent increase does not happen in just a few short weeks. Stay with it for the long term.

HI all, new here and thanks for the posts so far - helped me to refrain from damaging myself ! I could do with some Hardware advice. I have a Colt system and I am well pleased with the quality. Lucky man, I am packing the first cylinder, but the Colt brand cyclinders only go up on grith, not lenght, and that valve is sharp !

The second question is that I can’t pump to to high a Vacumme as the base of the cylinder digs in at the base. I have their standard Silicone sleve.

1.Where can I get longer wider cyliders please

Buy a cylinder from lapdist. It will take care of both of your problems. You can pick your length and diameter and the thick cylinders have a flange at the base that make them comfortable and there is no need for any silicone sleeve. See the Selecting Your Cylinder Size thread at the top of the Pumpers Forum.

You don’t really want to go up in pressure to modify your routine. It is better to keep your pressure in the low to moderate range and increase your set time or amount of sets your do.
