Remember you can also get a fluid jar from thickwall so you can water pump.
Also stick to water or silicone based lubes as vaseline or any petroleum based ones will damage your cylinder, make it go hazy.
Water based are probably best.

Too any variables to answer that one, plus after one month you will still be in the conditioning phase. Patience is the word of the day.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Finally done it ordered my starter set with a flanged cylinder 1.75inch from thickwall. Will report back as soon as I have given it a go!

Coconut oil/ olive oil, will these be any good or qill they mash up the cylinder and make it cloudy?

Not sure but they’ll be a pain to clean off.

I’ve been using olive oil for a couple of months now. No sign of clouding yet. I rinse with hot hot water for 30 seconds after use, then dry with a towel. All good so far… :)

It is hard to predict your comfort level with the standard cylinder. I am pretty sure most guys can use it with no rubber ring and are perfectly comfortable. I do not have any personal experience as all of my cylinders are flanged.
If you want to be on the safe side, either order the ring or order a flanged cylinder.

Standard cylinders are fine without a rubber ring, used them for years.
The guy at Thickwall is a star got my pump kit out to me immediately. Won’t be back till sunday so will have to wait. Look forward to it!

Yup great company to deal with.

Tried olive oil and seems ok, in between pumping sessions I’m using the oil for jelqs! Works pretty well so far!

Ok so yesterday I pumped for about 30mins and I managed to get to 10HG, which is pretty high for my 2nd session. However felt ok. I did another 30 mins unto 10HG this time with a water filled pump. Must say the GF definitely felt it later on in the evening so far impressed.
Just need to take it easy as is a little bit sore afterwards.. The pumping that is!
