For just starting out, this is way too much time and for sure too much pressure. I am really surprised you did not experience a lot of negative effects, like bloating and red spots from broken capillaries.

Typical times for starting out are 5 to 10 minutes and pressures in the 3"hg to 4"hg range with slow increases over time as you become more and more conditioned to pumping.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

10 Hg, 30 mins… way too much. Listen to gprent, or you will end up in the injury forum… and all the girlfriend will be feeling is mister floppy, or worse… :bang:

Ok sticking to a routine 3/4hg and jelqing in between seems good so far. I’m not getting a mega phatty though!

Do the more experienced members think I will be ok to go for a marathon pump session ie over 1hour with a low 3/4hg pressure?

You can slowly work you way up to 30 minutes and get excellent results by staying there for several months. Once you get that much experience, you will know for yourself what to expect. Even then, you don’t jump from 30 to 60. Every increase has to be done incrementally. It’s like lifting weights. Once you can do 10 reps of an exercise at say 100 pounds, you don’t jump to 200 pounds. Your next increase is to 110 pounds, until you master 10 reps there.
