With the two-stage and LongJohnny cylinders, are you guys experiencing length, primarily girth, or a combination of both gains?

For me my erect gains seem to have reached their limit. My improvement still occurs, however, in flaccid gains and penile function. Since I have always had a tight scrotum, there is big improvement for me there also.
Just remember commander, this form of pumping does require a more extensive level of shaving to ensure a good seal, so if you haven’t already, be prepared to “take it all off”. :)
That’s a good point. I shave well around the base from about 8 o’clock to 4 o’clock but I rarely shave the pubes down around the underside of the scrotum and the ‘taint.
I made one of Mrconvertable’s Nalgene bottle cylinders: Home Made “Package” Cylinder Pics It took me a while to get the rim to seal well, and part of the problem was getting all my hair shaved off around my package. Eventually it worked pretty well and I really liked the feeling of a full-package pump. But, under pressure the seal tended to bite my skin a little too much, so I added it to my collection of old PE stuff in the basement. I’ll bring it up and try it again tonight. I think I’ll also order a LongJohnny.
