Just wanted to post after lurking here and PEGym for a while. I started by reading but being very skeptical at first, but didn’t really do much with the information. After a few days, I decided I would try it out while I shower as it couldn’t hurt. I would warm up and down using the hot shower water (not too hot), then use some shower gel or shampoo as lube and would do 3x10-15 jelqs but never really kept it consistent. Sometimes I would add 1-2 minutes of stretching, again with no consistency. I started at BPEL 6.125 x EG 4.8 and didn’t really measure again for a few weeks.

When I measured again about 2 weeks or so later roughly, I was 6.2x5! I think it was mainly the EQ but at this point, I was hooked on reading the forums and started to add some more consistency to everything. I also started increasing the heat in the shower as I felt like I was neglecting the heat aspect of any routine before. I upped my total jelqs to 80 as well.

I just measured again at about 2 months after I started PE and I’m just shocked! 6.8x5! I think adding the heat really helped a lot and I’ve just bought a heat pat so I can start to do PE out of the shower. I looked at buying a bathmate and Phallosan but the shipping times are just too long for me since I travel a fair amount.

I feel so happy that I discovered PE and that it actually works! Before, I thought penis size was the one thing a man couldn’t change. At this point, I’m absolutely hooked and I’ve been reading other peoples success stories who have reached crazy gains of 1.5-2”+ and I’m absolutely committed to get 2” more length and my goal is to add another inch girth.

Any skin irritation? Not the ideal to jelq with any kind of soap or shampoo.

Common lubricants: KY jelly, coconut oil, canola oil, olive oil.

After years of PEing on and off without heat, I have come to realize how irreplaceable heat is for a routine. Good on you for starting out the right way.

Do the newbie routine, and keep doing it until you get no more gains. Only then should you start thinking about other advanced techniques and using various apparatus.

Just wanted to update my thread on my progress. After taking some lengthy breaks, I noticed I’d lost somewhat most of my gains. I was hitting 6.5~ roughly and lesser girth.

After about 2-3 weeks of starting up again consistently, I finally measured over 7” finally and 5.25 girth! That was with strong EQ, but none the less I hit over what I wanted to achieve.

After that, due to stress/work I stopped my routine and noticed I fell back down to 6.5” again and that seems to be what I drop to after I drop the routine.

I think I’ve not cemented anything or done it long enough to make it permanent, but the good news is getting back old gains is incredibly easy.

I’m starting to think some consistency is the key here to get some long term gains. I’ve still not increased my jelq count over 100 yet.

I find it easier to just get heat from the shower, and it’s so convenient to do it while I’m going to shower anyway.

I’ve been using soap for about 9 months now and I’ve had no issues what so ever. Main thing I noticed was foreskin getting a little longer, but I think that’s from the jelqs more than the soap.

I think my first burst of girth was from EQ gains. The second was from Hydeaway85 (on PEGym) routine about using cock rings and edging. That has probably been the best thing hands down I’ve down for girth.

I got some strong silicone cock rings from durex that is just awesome for girth/edging and sex.

I never ended up using the heat pad in the end. It didn’t get hot enough and was just too hard to keep there. I’ve mainly continued doing it through the shower. Few mins hot water, stretches (since learned to get more power using two hands for my stretches), more hot water, then I grab the soap (usually moisturizing soap) and then do my first set then let it run under the shower again for more heat. Usually repeat this 2-3 times for 20-25 reps each time. One thing I really make sure I do is apply a ton of intensity with my jelqs and squeeze hard all the way to the head.

I’m not sure yet whether my inconsistency was a blessing in disguise or not. I’m not sure if it reset me back to beginner mode and kept adding bit by bit each time I fell off my routine again.

Going to start again this week more consistently and then I’ll update here again to see if I can consistently break past the 7” length again. My main goal right now is to regain my girth as that just made sex so much more pleasurable.

Have been off-again, on-again since my teen years. Began: 7.75" x 4.5"

Current: 9.25 x 8.5"

Goal: Whatever the Good Lord wishes to bequeath me (aka: never stop growing)

After about 2 weeks of steady jelqs, I’m hitting 6.8 again consistently (instead of 6.5) but not 7s again yet. Measured 5 girth again at about 6-7 EQ and a little lack of sleep.

Excited to keep it going! Going to learn more about stretches.

Made a rice sock and got some coconut oil for lube and started doing my PE laying down now. Noticed immediately it was so much easier and better EQ during the excersises.

Managing to get 6.8” BPEL on low EQ with no trouble now, and 5” girth. The girth is flopping between 5” and 5.125” so getting right back to my old numbers very quickly.

Going to try again today and hopefully get a measurement on good EQ and hoping to be at 7” again.

Noticed my rice sock doesn’t stay warm enough the entire session. If I heat it up too much initially, it irritates my penis but gets it hot quickly but then by the time I do my 3rd or 4th set it’s warm at best. Any tips for this?

I’ve also made my own excel sheet to track my progress over time. I think this will help a lot to see my progress along side my thoughts and notes and EQ levels.

Also I almost bought a pump, but cancelled last minute after reading a lot of threads saying the gains are temp. Between that and the possibility of making my foreskin looser, I avoided the pumping. I’m thinking of starting hanging later next year, but I’m going to see how much I can gain from manuals only first. My goal at this point is to get over 7” consistently in BPEL and over 5.25” girth.
