Only do a workout every other day for a few weeks, maybe a month.

So just a quick update:

After starting my routine again but this time slower and more intense squeezes with my jelqing and wearing a cocking immediately after for a while, I measured again and blew my mind when I saw 7.2 inch in length and I’m starting to tip over 5.25 girth easily now. The 7.2 was during the jelqing but I’m starting to hit 7 now without that much effort on regular days.

I feel like the cockring after the workouts and some edging in the morning is helping a lot with the girth and it’s gotten comments from my girlfriend as well so that’s been a huge plus.

I wanted to mention as well, when I initially started no matter how hard I was, if I was near PONR or whatever I couldn’t get remotely close to 6.25 at starting - so to be this far now has me feeling so good and confident in the manual routines.

So just wanted to give an update. I didn’t stay consistent, dropped back down to 6.8” and girth was till varying around 5ish.

Picked up stretching and jelqs again, and my BPFSL went from 7.4-7.5 (sometimes barely reach 7.5 without struggle) to an easy 7.8! Although BPEL didn’t follow, that’s a great sign I think. BPEL is easy 7” near PONR, but without is still 6.8” - which is now 1” away from BPFSL. EQ has been about 7.

Going to keep up the jelqing and stretching for now, and shortly adding clamping. Looking into hanging and things of a similar nature to keep the BPEL increasing.
