What would you guys say is the best way to make gains permanent ?.

Doing it till the plastic tissue deformation occurs. I dont believe in this “cementing” concept. I think even if you stop PE, the real gains will remain. Thereafter It will a question of how well can you maintain excellent EQ with your new size. Alot of people confuse permanent gains with tissue swelling (which fades away over time), I think thats where the “cementing concept” comes from.

It’s not tissue deformation it’s tissue growth :) .

Tissue deformation like when you have a piercing is bad growth is good

Pull it straight out, up and down, side to side as far as it will pull for about 10 to 15 seconds let go and urinate.
Do this every time you urinate, simple and easy.

I too think the cementing analogy can be misleading. I like to look at it more like this:

You have a balloon, but you want a bigger balloon, even though your partner says they love the balloon you have. How can you make your balloon bigger?

  • You can increase EQ = You blow more air into the balloon.
  • You can add temporary growth = You stretch the latex of balloon out temporarily, works for a day or two, but if left alone it will return to normal size.
  • You can add permanent growth = You continue stretching the balloon until it is forced to adapt to the stress by adding new latex.
  • You can pop your balloon (not recommended).

The problem with all these variable factors is it can easily give false indications if you are not paying attention to other signs closely.

For example, you could be increasing temporary and permanent growth but if you are over working you may decrease EQ, which will balance out and appear as no growth, only to show up as growth once your EQ is restored by a break from over working. Many guys report increases in growth after stopping PE for a decon break, etc.

I think the “cemented” gains are there all along (assuming you are growing), you just have to realize that there is a temporary factor to account for into what you are measuring. :)

^This. You said exactly what I was trying to explain. I remember gaining 0.71” of girth only after 2months of starting PE. At that time I thought they were “real” gains, but I soon realised that it was merely tissue swelling. I had to continue and work my ass off to convert the swelling to permanent gains. I know know the gains are permanent because I havent really PE’d since early April and my size is still the same even with a sub-par erection. I will get back to a new routine today and cause some more swelling which will later become permanent after sufficient tissue expansion/stretching.

Ok nice, I thought you do it after you pee. Thanks man. Its in a nice loose state when you have to pee so I might try it.
