cementing gains
So ever since I got back from costa rica and I’ve been doing my exersises properlly, (with hot water etc..) I’ve been getting huge temporary gains, I can bubble the thing up to 5.25 from about 4.9” EG .. But it’s really frustrating when it shrinks back to normal! God is it driving me crazie.
If I PE every day then it doesn’t really shrink much but when I take a day off it does. I figure a day off every 3-4 days is a good idea just from looking at the discoloration, seems to need a rest.
I’ve been trying to cement in these gains for about 3 weeks now and am not really making progress, my temporary gains ie: during and imediatly after a session - are outstanding, but they don’t last :(
So my question is, can I expect to start seeing permanent gains within the next month? two months? Also should I be giving it resting days to allow it to heal or whatever?
