So ever since I got back from costa rica and I’ve been doing my exersises properlly, (with hot water etc..) I’ve been getting huge temporary gains, I can bubble the thing up to 5.25 from about 4.9” EG .. But it’s really frustrating when it shrinks back to normal! God is it driving me crazie.

If I PE every day then it doesn’t really shrink much but when I take a day off it does. I figure a day off every 3-4 days is a good idea just from looking at the discoloration, seems to need a rest.

I’ve been trying to cement in these gains for about 3 weeks now and am not really making progress, my temporary gains ie: during and imediatly after a session - are outstanding, but they don’t last :(

So my question is, can I expect to start seeing permanent gains within the next month? two months? Also should I be giving it resting days to allow it to heal or whatever?

I would say they would still be semi-permanent gains even after two months of steady PEing. You would still need to do your excercises atleast 2-3 times a week for them not to go back to starting size.

My flaccid size returned to starting size and I lost half of my gains after a 2-month break. I’ve been PEing since Sep. ‘03.

No no, I’ve been PE’ing for 4 months now, I was wondering about “after” I started getting my really noticeable gains, how long after that will my gains become cemented?

I’ve been getting these temporary gains for about three weeks now, and I’m hoping after another month or two they will stay with me even when I don’t PE for a day or two.

So how many weeks or months of “cementing” does it take most people to see temporary gains turn into permanent results?

The post session size isn’t even a gain yet. When we talk about temporary gains and cementing those gains we are normally talking about the measurements you get when you have taken a couple of days off from PE.

If your measuring just after your routine or even the next day it can distort the measurements a fair amount and you are not getting a realistic view of where you are.

Temporary (uncemented) gains are those that will dissappear if you stop PE.

Ok thanks for clearing that up with me. So what do we call those post session gains, has anyone come up with a title for this?

Also, do other people get these huge, quarter inch post session gains like I do?

I imagine I’m on the right track when I’m making my unit bubble to sometimes .35 inches extra EG right?

Lastly, do you guys use your post session gains for sex? My girl friend is going to be here after being gone for four months on the 9th and I’m trying to decide if I should even use my post session EG … this will take away spontaneity in sex I imagine since I’ll always want to goto the washroom for thirty minutes before sex hehehe.

Any feedback on all these issues would be appriciated.

Those big “PSG’s” are normal, and are caused by fluid buildup from jelqing. On my second day of jelqing, I measured a .5” eg PSG (5.9” after my routine, regularly 5.4” eg). It was pretty shocking!!

For you second question, I dont know an answer. Some people are too fatigued after jelqing, while some people have sex and masturbate right after their routine. I personally like to keep my dick “engorged” as long as possible after a workout. I suppose it’s up to you, though.

Sigh.. I had thought I was stretching the actual shaft, meaning the pockets that fill up with blood were so preasured that they had stretched like little balloons filling up with air. This is what I imagine permanent PE gains are all about.

Now I feel like I haven’t really made any progress. This fluid build up is just a kind of side effect not a permanant physical alteration, am I right?

Jimmy, I used to get those immediate quarter inch gains regularly. Some “cemented” within a month. Then nothing. They kicked in again during month three and four, and those quickly became permanent, but I was working out two to three hours a day by then. My dick could take that kind of stress. No discoloration etc. I would have slowed down if there had been a lot of discoloration, etc.

By the way, I wrote to another site after five months, asking them if my gains would remain permanent, (I was concerned that I’d gained TOO MUCH). A woman answered my email, telling me that those gains should remain permanent. So far, they have. But I have been doing stretching, and a little jelqing occasionally just to make sure. I’m comfortable now with my donkey dick.

I didn’t mean to kick you down, I meant that those air balloons are getting stretched out and filled with blood. Perhaps “engorged” is a better term than fluid buildup.

Don’t be so hard on yourself!! That tissue and those cells are filling up with blood, not fluid. You need blood to grow new tissue. What you’re experiencing we’ve all experienced, and eventually those post-PE gains should become permanent. Look at it this way. Even if they’re temporary for now, the short-term gains are visible evidence that your penis is sure as hell not shrinking. Enjoy each session and the immediate sensation of your penis growing larger.

Heay .. ya I haven’t been online for over a month, I moved downtown with my girlfriend. I’m still having the problem, I have to squeeze my dick every time before sex now because I don’t want to use my dick when it’s a quarter inch skinnier.

But I am a belivier especially considering how I’m getting bigger and bigger post session gains, and a lot of the time when I feel my shaft it feels like the actual shaft is expanding not just fluid build up.

So I was going to ask if there’s any specific alterations I can do to my workout to enhance permanant gains but, I think I’m on the right track, I just need to put up with the shrinkage.

If there’s anything else you’d like to add to this please do, I’m still hoping there’s more I can do to permify my gains hehe.

Welcome back. Glad to hear you’re still at it. After five months of “extreme PE,” three months ago, I cut back to just stretching to maintain, and when I measured the other day, low and behold, I had lost an inch in BPEL, (my girth is the same). My flaccid gains are also unchanged.

This was after better than a month of what I thought were permanent, “cemented” gains. I’m in a bit of a quandary now, since I have the time, as to whether I’ll go back to my original routine—90 to 120 minutes a day of jelqing and stretching.

My experience so far, (nine months), is that long-term gains are not necessarily cemented in a matter of weeks, certainly, and maybe even months.

I usually am 1/2” bigger girth post PE, I see it as a balloon that gets stretched out and then when you let the air out after a while it shrinks back, but if you keep it filled long enough (or enough times in this case) it eventually doesn’t go back to it’s original shape. Now compound this over many days and you keep stretching just a bit further, and shrinking back less.

Girth gains seem less stable than length gains I find, my length gains are consistant every time I measure, girth sometimes stays bigger for a few days even on days off, and then if you take a few days off to party and get laid you find your pretty much back where you were the week before. That’s why I think girth gains can only really be called gains after a few weeks so you KNOW they are there to stay.(“stay” as in not just PSGs)

Interesting!! With me it’s the opposite. My girth gains are definitely cemented. It’s length I’ve lost.
