Hi guys,this is regarding my post “Does gain size shrink”. Have different view points from all the guys. Wanted to know how to cement the gains what we get. Please let me know the routine for that. Thanks.

To keep what you have work for depends on you current routine, there is not the same routine for maintenance, I mean if you are doing “manual exercises” for example 5 days a week you can cut down to 3 days a weeks for a month and then cut down for 2 days a week then just stretch your dick for 2-5 min every morning when you wake up or go to sleep, later you can quit

From what I have read I don’t think you can truly ever give up, it would be like a bodybuilder stopping training you will still lose some. When I reach my goals will probably still do it just a couple of times a week instead of my usual program

Yeah, that makes sense. The rigor required to maintain is probably a notable notch below gaining, but you probably still gotta do something.. I’d guess maybe once a week?

I have never cemented gains, and the concept makes no sense to me. It would be analogous to cementing your bicep size after doing your curl sets, it just makes no sense. Do not worry about cement just jelq and stretch and rest.

Even though you don’t cement your bicep size , if you don’t do any exercise at all you bicep would slowly reduce its size and strength.

The penis is similar although not really a muscle. It changes from person to person but I would say the best option would be to do some light routine once you have reached your goals to male sure you keep all your gains.

I agree, just like with any fitness routine, if you cease workouts your body is going to slowly lose shape. There are people that believe you have to use some kind of ADS or the mantra, “never let it turtle,” the thinking is the penis will shrink or lose size. This is ridiculous, I have never worried about my penis shriveling up after hanging since it is just mother nature’s way of healing a traumatized area. I have had great gains and never worried about what some are so adamant about avoiding. I say let it turtle and when it feels better it will also grow bigger, it is just the natural order of things.

Looking at this from another point of view, take gauged/stretched piercings for example. I heard of a guy that once had 3/4 inch earlobes, then evetually decided that he didnt want them anymore and took out the plugs for good, 5 years later one lobe was completely closed up and the other one wasnt far behind, said it was just big enough to get a standard size ring in it, which is ~18g.

So over a given amount of time without any outside forces, soft tissue can and will revert back to an old size.

When I reach my goal, I don’t think I’ll abandon PE altogether. I’m a newbie but jelqing alone has done a lot for me, especially with regard to my EQ. In the future I think I’m going to do light 3-second jelqs 40-60% erect, 150 reps twice a week to cement my gains. I’ll do this for about six months. Then maybe after that just once a week to maintain my EQ.
