How do I cement my gains

Once I gain how do I cement those gains?

Continue doing your routine except you can ease off quite a bit. I’m not sure of an actual formula but I plan on doing something like this.
Let’s say original routine: 10 Minutes of Stretching and 500 Jelqs 5 days a week
Cementing: 5 Minutes of Stretching and 200 Jelqs 3 days a week.

You can usually cut down alot but as for stopping completely I hear about how people lose gains they thought were cemented so it’s always good to do a maintenance routine not just for insurance but for overall penile health.

After a while of a maintenance exercises, if you stop can/will your gains still reduce?

I’ll add another question to this topic.

I have been lazy as hell lately, absolutely no motivation to do anything. I’m lucky to do exercises 3 times a week, but it’s closer to 1-2. Is this minute amount of exercising going to keep me from losing gains? Right now, I’m more concerned with not losing because I am so lazy right now.

I do’t know much about cementing (cause I never did) but I would think that that is enough to just maintain what you have now.

I personally think if you stop completely you will probably see a loss in gains but I attribute that to a slight loss in erection strength, swelling, and etc.

As for exercising 1 day a week I can’t be sure but I do know it’s better than doing nothing at all. When I go on a maintenance routine I plan on doing P.E. as much as possible but if I miss a workout for whatever reason I plan on just doing a quick 10 session before bed. So maybe try getting into the habit of stretching for a short while after pissing or dry-jelqing. I’m sure you could find 10 minutes a day for your penis. Show it some love :)

Well, I try to kegel to keep my flaccid better, but it’s not the same without jelqing. I’m going to try my best for stretching and jelqing 3 times a week because I feel much better about maintaining than once a week.

I don’t think you will lose anything length or girth PE’n two days per week, perhaps you need a week long decon break.
