2 years after, and a lot of breaks

So since it’s been a year and a half hanging with the Bib Starter now and made decent gains, especially BPFSL. It’s now at 22cm (8.6”), BPEL at 18,5cm (7.2”), and EG at 12cm (4.7”). I’m getting very close to my EL goals and will only focus on girth once I’m done, to get rid of the pencil dick look.

My only angle of attack was SD and BTC, about 50/50, working up to 12 sets a day everyday, 28 hours a week. I would say the average number of sets was 10 sets per day. I “tapped out” at 8.5kg (18.5lbs) about 2 weeks ago when I got my first injury and couldn’t continue hanging SD/BTC. So I switched to OTS angles to avoid rest days, up to 10 sets per day now at 6kg (13lbs), but still not reaching fatigue. Still a few sets at lower angles to not lose tissue conditioning as Bib advised, now at 4kg (9lbs) and gradually increasing.

You gained 4.5cm BPFSL in 16 months? That’s great!

A little update after almost 2 years of hanging. BTC is still bringing results, even at 6 sets a day. Weight is getting almost absurd to reach fatigue (10kg), so I’m considering going back to a bit more sets instead of just 6.

Hopefully home stretch for length gains, now at 24cm BPFSL and 19cm BPEL and a nice surprise for girth almost at 12,5cm. Goal of 19,5cm is already almost there on very good EQ days so I’m not dedicating another year on this. Next would be cementing gains with light hanging and focusing on girth with Ulis.

You must have the biggest gap between BPEL and BPFSL of all guys here on Thunders. Maybe you will fill some of that gap when you start working on girt.
