Hi guys, new poster here. Glad to finally pulled it off (pun) ok off might not be the good word choice , and got a week worth of PE with hanging, total of 4 hrs. Starting BPEL 5.5”, FL 3.75”. I haven’t been logging jelq count but prob 750. I don’t jelq daily, right now my focus is length. I just warmup, hang then edge on my last set at night. I’m following blinks hanging guide so taking it low weight more cycles. Hopefully plan to add some ADS soon. Fun times.

11 hrs to date, 80 min a day hanging, added constant heat.

With all the science thread I’ve been reading here about TA strength, compression and heat, I decided to take my own spin and start looking at random physics, ductility, deformation etc. Mainly scientific literature is just backing up what you’re already doing, it’s more of a discovery than a means to an end…obviously someone’s got to do the work, bystanders don’t get any benefits.
I just found an interesting article, heating effects on collagen and effects of heat. Basic physics states kinetic energy increases as temperature increases. That is why we men are having much success on heating, similarly as to why nobody just burst into a run or lifts their 3 RM max without warmup. Now don’t get any ideas about your units and don’t blame me for ER burns. Hotdogs, anyone?
