2nd Round- FFTstem cell or Juvederm voluma

I already had a FTT/ Stem cell procedure last August. I gained an extra inch of erect girth ( from 4.5 to 5.5). I would like to get to 6 or 6.25 in erect girth. Not sure whether to do another FFT procedure or go with juvederm voluma. If I knew the FFT would be permanent I would go with that, but have read where people have to get periodic touch ups to replace fat that has absorbed. I’ve read where juvederm can last up to 2 years or more. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Or you could just save your money and PE like the rest of us. The risks associated with surgery far outweigh the potential results.
