3 months in
So been following the newbie routine although focusing a little more on stretching ( up to 15 mins) and about 10-15 mins jelqing, 2 on - 1 off. I gained in the first 2 months going from approx 6.5 BPEL x 5.5 e.g. To 7.0 BPEL x 5.75 e.g. Which I am pleased about. I have continued another month but not noticed any further gains. Would you guys change things up a bit or add anything in now I’m past the 3 months mark?
