Hey, thanks! I tend to wear the extender downwards 3/4 of the time and upwards 1/4. So if I’m wearing it for 2 hours, the first hour and a half will be in the downwards position and the last half hour will be in the upwards position. This is just me though - if you wear it downwards for a while, you’ll begin to notice when it gets a bit uncomfortable, so just change it to upwards 👍.

I’m mainly just wearing the (strap) extender for as many hours a day I can now. Plus, some manual stretches and bundled stretches. I’ve had it with water-pumping/vacuum cups 😩.

I’m still clamping occasionally, but don’t know whether to carry on as I’m getting a bit of discolouration.

Darkening is caused by, basically, rust. Tiny capillaries get ruptured during PE work. Over time, the iron in the small amounts of blood stain the surrounding tissue.

Some guys have members darker than the rest of their body to start with. Others don’t care about the darkening. Changing your PE program is certainly an option. Some guys wait until they meet their goals, then do one of the chemical peel routines to replace the darker skin with new, natural-colored skin.
