6 to 9, Nice - Noose Extender Log
Howdy all,
I’m not really new to PE but as a sufferer of ADHD, I’ve never really been able to do any manual stretches with any regularity. To remedy this, I recently bought a noose extender from eBay. I’m starting with pretty average figures but I think one of my biggest hindrances is my fat pad. I have lost about 15 lbs since May but can stand to lose another 30lbs.
Starting:
BPEL 6"
MSEG 4.6"
I log my time in an Excel sheet and plan to update my time under tension every week.

There has been some pain while getting used to wearing the extender but as I’ve gotten used to wearing it and managing the tension over time, I’ve been able to get more time logged. Hopefully going forward I can continue to slowly add tension and see some results. Wish me luck.
