70 Hour Update
So I’m here to finally post some hopeful information for new guys.
Background
6.25 start size (did not get a flaccid or girth size as girth wise I’ve always had a pretty thick one lol)
70 hours in with the size genetics and hitting 6.75”
I only do 30-2hrs max per day depending on when I can get the chance. My gains are noticeable to date and I definitely feel much better mentally. Wife seems to enjoy it too!
I am also on TRT so I have a constant high level of testosterone in my system so I’m not sure if that is aiding with recovery times. I started extending with the longer bar plus the shorter bar and now I’m at the longer bar plus the medium bar and when I stretch for hour long timeframes I can get the full extension with the medium bar with the last line not visible for tension. Once I go a month with this routine I will add the shorter bar also to extend further. I’m hoping by the 500 hour mark I can be at or above 7.25 which would have added a inch overall. Currently a half inch gain at 70 hours but they say it’s quick at first and then the gains come slower so we shall see.
