Time to document this to stay accountable. Been at a routine for about 3.5 weeks and staying consistent. Deciding to target girth first as I am only 3mm from hitting the magic 5.0 mark.10’ wet jelq after each session.
Week 1 - 2 on 1 off clamp 3 x 7’ total time 84’
2 - 2 on 1 off 2 x 10’ total time 80 min
3 - 2 on 1 off 3 x 8’ total time 144 min
4 - 3 on 1 off 3 x 10’ total time 150 min
5 - 3 on 1 off 3 x 10’ total 180 min
6 - 3 on 1 off 3 x 12’ total 180. Possible 5 days on at 3 x 10’
7 - 5 on 2 off 3 x 12’ total time 210 min
OFF - light light jelqing for tissue mobility

Hang has been improved and no issues getting erect with stimulation. Cutting out visual stimulation as much as possible. Hoping to make the girth by years end and then tackle the length. If the girth comes easy I kinda wanna push it to 5.25; I get there in the clamp and it looks pretty great. Might get to BPEL 7 before I try that though. Keep the goal in mind ;) .

I started with similar stats and I’m pushing towards 7.5x5.5 now so if I can do it I’m sure you can.

Thanks for the support and the info! I’m optimistic as it’s a modest goal compared to some here. Although the 5.25 is nice to think about..

Week 4 done as 3 x 10. Ending rest day as I write this. Sleep has been awful which I find directly correlated with EQ. High stress as well. Trying to get a handle on the sleep this week. I found less resistance to becoming fully expanded in the clamp and more ease at max expansion. Perhaps the tissues are getting used to the routine. Another week at 3 x 10 min keeping it steady and we will see how it goes.

Last day of week 5 tomorrow. Haven’t lost morning wood although the quality is so so day to day. Hang still improved. This morning was fantastic. Undecided on jumping to 5 days in a row for the final week; we’ll see how it feels Monday morning. Keeping kegals on daily. Things feel routine which is nice, would prefer this to all be over sooner than later though. It’s just 3mm come on.:D .

Rest days with clamping are a must.

Do not rush your day.

If you see gains then good, but if you don’t switch to a 1:1 schedule.

Current size: 7.25 x 4.6

First goal: 7.5 x 5.0 Mid term Goal: 8 x 5.25 Long term goal: 8.5 x 5.5+

Thanks Nuyte. Was thinking about it this morning and decided to stick to 3 days as this is the first 6 week cycle I’ve been on. If I don’t notice anything after I might switch to 1:1 next cycle to allow more recovery. Breaking something and taking months off is much less desirable than slow and steady and getting the gains in that same timeline instead of healing. Cheers.

6 weeks done today. Phase one complete no days missed. Time for 2 weeks off then re evaluate what next phase should look like. Not sure when to measure. Probably give it a week to let everything settle and then check. Hoping to get something out of this round. I can get 2 more cycles by years end; hoping that’s enough to meet the goal.
