My journey towards penis perfection

Elated! I have been one month in now. I want to share this happiness and excitement with the rest of you, and try to gain more knowledge.

My starting size was 5.5 inch NBPEL and 5.18 inch girth. Good girth, mediocre length.
I gained 0.3 in length, and 0.02 in girth! I am at 5.8 inch NBPEL and 5.2 MSEG. Erection quality was already great but now perfect. Already incredibly happy with my new size and possibilities of the human body.

I was always a bit self-conscious about my average size. Now, with my current FWB I foolishly asked what she liked (very stupid, I know). She said she enjoyed bigger dicks in general. Initially I shrugged it off with but deep inside I felt lacking. Then I’d remembered my previous PE journey in 2014. I was an undisciplined teen back then and did PE on and off, with mediocre results of course. I became fascinated again and wanted to test myself, become the best version of me. I do this journey for me, not for any FWB or girl!

I used the newbie routine and modified the intensity a bit. I started off lighter just to prepare my tissues for the heavier lifting. Slowly I came near the proscribed times and then began increasing the TuT, as with muscular gains. I do 2 days on, 1 day off.

Goals:
My main focus is length: long term goal is a comfortable 7.2 NBPEL but I’d like to reach 5.3/5.4 inch in girth as well. I plan to increase the tensions and maybe introduce hanging when I am more accustomed to PE.

Great start, keep it up. Don’t get too excited and ramp up the intensity and time too fast (I know I did) and lose those precious newbie gains.

I took two days off, got some negative PI’s that could’ve also been because of a recent relapse to porn. My EQ is lower and it takes a lot of effort to get hard. Probably porn related but I did not want to risk it.

Started this week again with 2 sets of workouts. I increased the time under tension of stretching by merging sets, so instead of 10x1 I did 7x1 + 2x1.50. Erectile quality is great and the penis feels pliable.

Short-term Goal: 6.7 inch NBPEL, 5.4 MSEG, Long-term: 7x5.5

Progress is slow but steady. I’ve increased the stretches to 4.5 minutes x3 and 12 minutes of jelqing. Stoked to hit the 6 inch soon. I’ve still been doing it religiously without any missed workout, the 2 days on 1 off routine, with 2 days off during the weekends.

This week was a bit unstructured due to life catching up but still managed to get some solid workouts in.

Increased the manual stretching to 5 minutes and added some more intermediate stretches of one minutes. This is kind of my routine right now:

Hot wrap
1 minute warmup light stretch
6 minute Jelq
5+5 minutes downward and straight stretches
Either 1 minute V-stretch or BTC stretch
6 minute Jelq
Hot wrap

Of course with Kegels and reverse kegels done at warmup and -down

So far it makes me really sore. I read that some persons experimented with adding Jelqing before stretching and I was curious to give it a try.

Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

Quick question: I did my workout yesterday as scheduled but when I was manually stretching I felt pain for a split second. I likely hit the upper tolerance for intensity as I normally pull with quite a force. My grip usually starts slipping, that is where the pain occurred. I finished my workout and there is no further injury potential or negative PI apart from what seems to be a increase in bend. Erection quality is still great.

Should I lay off for a day or continue with caution? I hit the 6 inches NBPEL last week and super eager to continue.

It seems like you’re doing the right thing and not being too aggressive. Listen to your body. That instance of pain might or might not manifest into a bigger issue. I’ve always been on the conservative side and would take it easy for a day. Keep it up!

Update: life caught up with me and in between finishing my thesis, bodybuilding, MMA, hobbies and social circle PE kind of fell to the background. Which I regret but that is also life. I have more time on my hands now and want to get back to 100% again.

I did some maintenance work but lost some of the plumpness I gained. I am going to work hard to first get back to my previous best stats.
