Because of the quarantaine I’ve been multi-tasking.
New info, what broke me through plateau: don’t underestimate added value of manuals.
I extended religiously for a couple of months. Only in may my progress jumped up again, I’ve reached 6.2 NBPEL and 5.5 MSEG. This happened AFTER I re-added manual workouts to my schedule. The heavy lifting is done through manuals and the time with extending.
This is also connected to erection quality. I overdid extending, leading to a loss of EQ. After resting I was fresh and ready to go.
Hoping to reach that short term goal!
